Account and App Help
If you can sign in, open the kate app and go to Profile for account settings, legal links, and account deletion. If you cannot sign in, include the phone number or email address linked to your account when contacting support so we can locate it.
Privacy and Data Requests
To request account or data deletion, use the dedicated Account Deletion page. For other privacy requests, describe the request and the account identifier involved.
Response Time
We aim to review support and privacy requests as soon as practical. Account deletion and data requests may require identity verification before we act on them.
