Account Deletion
You can delete your kate account directly in the mobile app or use this page to understand what is deleted and how to request help if you cannot access your account.
Delete Your Account in the App
- Open the kate mobile app.
- Sign in to the account you want to delete.
- Go to Profile.
- Scroll to Close your account and tap Delete account, then confirm.
If You Cannot Sign In
If you cannot access the app, email support@iamkateai.com with the email address or phone number linked to your kate account and state that you want to delete your account and associated data. We may ask for additional information to verify that you control the account.
What Is Deleted
Account deletion removes or anonymizes your account profile, authentication session, and personal data that is no longer needed to provide the service. Depending on your feature usage, this may include profile details, app-created content, preferences, and uploaded content linked to your account.
Data We May Retain
Some records may be retained where required or permitted by law, such as transaction records, fraud-prevention logs, security logs, tax records, dispute records, or records needed to protect other users. Retained data is limited to the purpose that requires retention.
